For Companies
The Department of Chemistry welcomes corporate visitors who wish to interview chemistry students seeking careers in industry. The Department offers BS, MS, and PhD Degrees in chemistry. Corporate recruiter visits occur throughout the fall, on Fridays. With advance arrangements, companies are welcome to make presentations to potential candidates prior to the interviews.
To arrange recruiting visits to the Department, please contact Ms. Katinka Csigi. She will assist in scheduling and making arrangements. Visits are posted on the Department website. Upon request, Ms. Csigi will provide a security code number that will allow on-line access to candidate resumes.

Resume Posting: If you would like your resume posted on the Department’s website, please forward a word file to kcsigi@bu.edu. Only companies that have received an access code will be allowed to view/download resumes from our site.

Scientist Career Resources on the Internet: A good place to begin a job search is at the American Chemical Society's Career Services site. Electronic versions of job-related publications are available. The ACS also has a career consultant program and offers workshops at national and regional meetings.
