Mass Spectrometrist, Chemical Instrumentation Center
The Chemistry Department at Boston University seeks applicants for the position of Instrumentation Specialist in Mass Spectrometry. Responsibilities include operation and maintenance of the Center’s MS resources (http://www.bu.edu/chemistry/cic), training of students on walk-up instrumentation, participation in curricular development, collaboration with research groups, and assistance in proposal preparation. Salary and grade are competitive and commensurate with experience. M.S. or equivalent in chemistry or other molecular science (PhD preferred), strong interpersonal and writing skills, and three years of related experience.
