Boston University Marsh Chapel is currently booking wedding ceremonies for 2022, 2023, and 2024. Due to our affiliation with Boston University, we must adhere to BU’s COVID-19 guidelines, which may be subject to change without notice.

We are pleased that you are considering Marsh Chapel for your wedding ceremony. Marsh Chapel’s beauty and convenient location is a perfect match for your wedding ceremony. The information found throughout this wedding section of the Marsh Chapel website is designed to answer your questions. Marsh Chapel supports marriage equality.

How to Book a Wedding Ceremony at Marsh Chapel

Step 1: Confirm that the time and date you would like to request for your wedding ceremony is available by contacting a wedding director at marshchapelweddings@gmail.com or calling the Marsh Chapel office at 617-353-3560.

Step 2: Read and understand all wedding rules and regulations outlined throughout the links below. Information about Fees, Clergy, Music, Building Decorum, Photography, and Parking can all be found here. Please take special note of our late fee and regulation.

Step 3: Submit your Online Wedding Application. By submitting a wedding application you are agreeing to follow all Marsh Chapel rules and regulations related to your wedding rehearsal and wedding ceremony. It is the responsibility of the couple to inform those working for them and in their wedding party, as well as guests, of Marsh Chapel’s rules and regulations.

Step 4: Submit your Space Use Fee Deposit (payable to ‘Marsh Chapel’) and Music Consultation Fee (payable to ‘Justin Blackwell’). We are unable to hold or reserve a wedding ceremony date until both fees are received.
