Hailing from Memphis, TN, Caitlin is beginning her MDiv at BU School of Theology this fall.  She received her Bachelor of Psychology from Millsaps College in Jackson, MS, where she also studied philosophy and environmental studies.  There she was able to explore questions of vocation and faith, working with a youth group, in prison chaplaincy, and with nonprofit organizations in Jackson. Caitlin has been an undergraduate fellow for the Fund for Theological Education and works with MOSAIC: Methodist Students for an All Inclusive Church.

A Certified Candidate for ordination as an elder in the United Methodist Church, Caitlin is exploring a call to chaplaincy and congregational leadership. She is especially passionate about creating a space for students to explore vocation and matters of faith in college chaplaincy and is thrilled to be joining us as a Ministry Assistant. She will be helping primarily with Sunday 11am services, the student newsletter, and Chaplains in Dining.

Caitlin is passionate about food, deep conversation, being outdoors, nerdy factoids and all kinds of music. She’s always up for a chat, meal, or camping trip. Y’all holler!
