Chaplains and Staff

Under the leadership and guidance of our Marsh Chapel Dean, the Rev. Dr. Robert Allan Hill, the ministry of Marsh Chapel to and with the Boston University community arises out of three departments. The ministry department is overseen by Br. Larry Whitney, LC+, University Chaplain for Community Life, and is responsible for programmatic ministry, pastoral care, and community formation. The music department is directed by Dr. Scott Allen Jarrett, Music Director and Organist, and provides our music ministry on Sunday mornings and in concerts throughout the year. The hospitality and administration department is supervised by Chapel Director Raymond Bouchard and provides support to chaplains, musicians and all of religious life at Boston University. In addition to the Marsh Chapel staff, University Chaplains from a variety of traditions provide religious leadership to and with the students at Boston University.
