Classroom Technology Incident Reports
If you note a problem with a setup – either difficulty getting into the room by 10 of the hour orĀ a problem getting the equipment to function properly, please let Matt Dursin know.
Do an incident report at the end of your work day.

If there were no incidents, just click “no incident”.

If there was an incident, no matter how slight, please do a separate incident report for each separate incident that occurred on this day.
This procedure should be quick to do and will help us improve service to faculty and students by tracking problems as soon as possible.
