Every Gift Counts—Twice
This spring, College of General Studies alumnus Richard Cohen (CGS’67, Questrom’69) is giving all Boston University alumni, parents, and friends the opportunity to double the value of their gifts in an effort to raise $2 million for BU students. But, he wants you to act quickly. During the 12-week Cohen Challenge, which only runs until June 30, 2010, Cohen will give one dollar to student scholarships for every dollar the BU community contributes in new and increased donations to the University’s Annual Fund, up to a total of $1 million. Gifts to the CGS Annual Fund will support emergency financial aid, renovations to the College’s building, technology upgrades, student organizations, and other initiatives that help prepare CGS students for the highest levels of academic and professional success. For more information about the Cohen Challenge, contact Boston University Annual Giving at firstname.lastname@example.org or 800-447-2849.
