Kelly McCoy, Project Manager at the Center for Global Health & Development, holds an MPH in international health from Boston University with a certificate in management and finance for international health, and a BA in sociology from Boston College. She has 7 years of experience managing research in hospital and academic settings in the U.S., Latin America, and southern Africa. For the last 2 years, she has lived and worked in Zambia as Project Manager for two HIV economics studies on the costs and outcomes of antiretroviral therapy. In this role, she is responsible for day-to-day management of the research team and data analysis of patient-level longitudinal data in SAS. Her work also involves selecting research sites, liaising with local partners, and disseminating results within Zambia. Previously, Ms. McCoy has worked as a research technician in intensive care units for a study of the molecular epidemiology of ARDS, and as a research assistant on a water and sanitation project in Honduras. She also worked for a number of years as Program Manager and Senior Program Manager at the CGHD, managing a portfolio of HIV economics projects. Ms. McCoy is conversant in Spanish.
