Oppositional Art: Chinese Christian Propaganda Posters

Between 1925-1950, Christians produced a steady stream of posters in China, many of which aimed to topple the rival ideological systems of the day. Daryl Ireland will explore some of the images, and their significance for understanding the complex struggle as people across China pursued "National Salvation."
