Klaus Koschorke, Professor of World Christianity at Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich, will explain how indigenous Christian elites from Asia and Africa forged transregional networks based on a common hope for Christian internationalism, and thereby fostered a global imagination--the idea of a worldwide Christian community.
