Artisan Certificates

The School of Theatre offers Certificates of Training for scenic artists, costumers, electricians, stage carpenters, and property masters.  These two-year programs offer skill and craft courses for theater artisans, technicians, and managers seeking career, entry-level training. Admission is by application. Applicants must submit identical materials as those required for graduate admission.  See requirements here. Los Angeles Post-Graduate Program

Following graduation from the School of Theatre, students are encouraged to participate in one of Boston University’s unique post-graduate programs, including Acting in Hollywood and Writing in Hollywood, designed to introduce recent graduates to the Los Angeles television and film industry.
