Mariann Verheyen

BA, St. Norbert College; MFA, University of Wisconsin. New York City costume design, selected credits: Peter Pan the Musical (Broadway), The New York Public Theatre, York Theatre, Second Stage, Hudson Guild, Juilliard School, and three years as a Broadway costume design assistant. Regional theatres, selected credits: Alliance Theatre; Ford’s Theatre; Studio Arena; Stage West; Missouri Repertory Theatre; Boston Ballet; Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park; Chicago, Oregon, Colorado, and Alabama Shakespeare Theatres, plus various Huntington Theatre Company productions since 1982. Corporate/industrial, selected credits: Disney Cruise Lines; Disney World, Animal Kingdom; Beaches Sandals Resorts; Coca Cola; Wendy’s. Film assisting/shopping: Can’t Stop the Music; Four Seasons. Commercials:  10 years of commercial styling, over 150 commercials for numerous New York City advertising agencies. Awards include Distinguished Achievement awards from both her high school and undergraduate schools; two IRNE Awards (1984 On the Razzle, 1998 Mikado); one JEFF Award (2002 As You Like It) and a JEFF nomination (2005 Merry Wives of Windsor); Village Downtowner Theatre Award for Outstanding Design (1983 Blood Relations); Audelco Award Nomination (1999 Everybody’s Ruby).
