Jenny Weiner is a senior Theatre Arts Major. Last year, she spent a semester in Johannesburg, South Africa where she focused on collaborative, site specific, and community-based theatre. BU credits include: The Odd Couple (Sylvie), the original cast of Sow and Weep (Iman/Talia), Under Milk Wood (Rosie Probert), Iphigenia 2.0 (Agamemnon), Nighttime Traffic: A New Musical (Audrey) and The Birthday Party (Meg). At the end of the semester, her time at Boston University will culminate in an original documentary theatre piece entitled The Rose Parade that she has co-written, co-directed and will act in along side Allison McGuire and Kira Silverstein, and a production of her play diventare directed by Ellie Heyman. She is humbled by these opportunities and honored to have had the chance to study at BU.
