Rachel Park, a native of San Antonio, TX, will graduate from Boston University with a BFA in theatre arts with a concentration in acting and directing. Her acting credits at BU include: The Problem (Wife), The Visit (Koby), The Weavers (Emma Baumert/Old Weaver), Edwina- an adaptation David Mamet’s Edmond (Preacher/Pawnshop Owner/Shill), and ensemble work in various productions of original student works. In addition to spending a semester working as the assistant to the artistic director of the
Camden People’s Theatre in London, her directing credits include: The Pink Bedroom
(Director), The Visit (Assistant Director), Much Ado About Nothing (Assistant Director), and Woyzeck (Assistant Director). This spring she will direct an original adaptation of Italo Calvino short stories, framed around the book Cosmicomics.
