The production department at the School of Music handles the initial requests for space scheduling and arranging equipment rentals.
To check the availability of the Concert Hall or Marshall Room, or other classrooms, please click on the following link (login required if not already signed in) and go to the appropriate schedule. If interested in scheduling a recording session, the recording studio only offers recording sessions between 10am and 5pm in the Concert Hall. We offer three different piano options for outside renters; an American Steinway, German Steinway, and Baldwin. All are available for rental.
