Boston Auditions

Please note that auditions must be scheduled online by the applicant.  To schedule an audition, prospective students must first submit an application to Boston University.  To access the scheduling system, undergraduate applicants must set up a web account on the applicant link (for assistance with setting this up, please contact the Office of Undergraduate Admissions at admissions@bu.edu or 617.353.2300), from which there is a link to the scheduling system.  Graduate applicants will receive an email upon submitting the application online with a link to the scheduling system.

Because auditions can be scheduled only after completion of an online application, we strongly encourage applicants to apply well before the deadline.

2012 Audition Dates

Early Decision, Trustee and MLK Applicants

• Early Decision applicants have a November 1 application deadline.   The Early Decision audition date will be Friday, November 18, 2011, but auditions must be scheduled before November 10.  Upon submission of the Early Decision application, applicants will receive instructions about how to schedule the audition online. We strongly encourage applicants to apply as early as possible, as appointments must be made online before November 10.  If the audition is not scheduled by this date, the applicant will need to submit an audition recording online in order to receive consideration.
• Trustee Scholarship, MLK Scholarship, and other special scholarship applicants have a December 1 application deadline.  The Trustee and MLK audition date will be Friday, December 9, 2011, but auditions must be scheduled by December 1.  Upon submission of the application applicants will receive instructions about how to schedule the audition online. We strongly encourage applicants to apply as early as possible, as appointments must be made online by December 1.  If the audition is not scheduled by this date, the applicant will need to submit an audition recording online in order to receive consideration.
