Recording sessions are held in the College of Fine Arts Concert Hall and can be scheduled directly through the Media Production Studio.

Sessions should be scheduled as far in advance as possible as availability of the Concert Hall can vary greatly depending on the time of year.

We do not book sessions less than 2 hours. If you don’t use the entire time, that is perfectly fine. You will only be charged for time used to the next quarter hour.

Editing and recording are separate charges. A good rule of thumb for video sessions is that a 2 hour session will require 1 hour of editing.

Recording sessions include a downloadable copy of your finished files.
