From the author of The Road to Mecca (BCAP 2011), Blood Knot is a scathing indictment of South African apartheid told through the eyes of two biracial brothers, one far fairer‐skinned than the other. When their shared shack in Port Elizabeth becomes the playground for a power struggle, long‐simmering tensions explode over a woman.
