CFA Initiatives

Welcome,

After a year of getting to know both the College of Fine Arts and greater BU community, I’ve learned a great deal and I am grateful for all of the support I’ve received. It is now time to respond to the ambitious mission of our college by implementing four  initiatives that will help us to realize our longstanding goals of mentoring emerging artists, strengthening the CFA community, building our profile within the University and beyond, and engaging with the broader community in a discourse on public issues of pressing importance:

• The Freshman Experience

• New Minor
• CFA Saturday Workshops

As we move forward, I look forward to collaborating with students and colleagues to launch these significant initiatives and continue to add value and real-world perspective to the educational experiences we offer our students.
