Each CAS department with Teaching Fellow support selects one of its TFs to receive an Outstanding Teaching Fellow award. The prize is awarded to that Teaching Fellow who, in the opinion of the department, has demonstrated the greatest skill, enthusiasm and dedication in his or her teaching during the academic year. The award includes a $100 gift certificate for the purchase of books at Barnes and Noble at the Boston University Bookstore. Winners from all departments are honored at a special reception near the close of spring semester hosted by the Center for Excellence in Teaching.
