- Partnership Manager
As Partnership Manager, Franklin Pesantez is responsible for maintaining and developing CELOP’s partnerships with universities, sponsors, and educational agents. He came to Boston University in 2011 and works with senior leadership to meet CELOP’s mission and goals.
At CELOP, you can find Franklin working with universities in the U.S. and abroad to meet the unique English language needs of their institution. You can also find him working with his colleagues in the Admissions and Academics departments on developing and proposing programs. Outside of the office, Franklin travels internationally to visit partners, conduct trainings, and represent CELOP at various fairs and conferences, such as NAFSA and APAIE. In developing strategies on working with partners, Franklin helps CELOP maintain and grow the student population arriving from over 40 countries.
Originally from Brooklyn, New York, Franklin began his career in in the non-profit sector in New York City. He also lived abroad in Japan, where he taught Business English at Toyota and Konica Minolta.
