Create BU login now

You need a BU login to

• log in to CELOP computers
• use BU WiFi (wireless Intnernet) on campus ("123" network)
• access Internet from a dorm room
• use other computer labs on campus
• provide information for Safe, Settled, & Healthy Policy
• access Student Link

You do NOT need a BU login for

• E-mail (keep using your Web-based account; we recommend Gmail).

Computing at BU for International Students: Important Information

Steps to setting up a BU account

1. Click on the ACS link below.

2. Enter your name and BU ID number.

3. Create a new login name and password.

4. Go to the Office of Information Technology (OIT), basement of 111 Cummington St., and show your BU ID card to activate your account.

5.To connect from your campus dorm room, complete the form at http://netreg.bu.edu/

• Your copy of Windows OS must be up-to-date (all critical updates installed)
• You must have anti-virus and anti-spyware software working and up-to-date on your computer.

6. If you have problems or questions, you can see Lesley Andrews in CELOP room 267b (Open Lab) or go to PCSC at 111 Cummington St.
