Refunds & WithdrawalsFull tuition refunds are available only if you officially notify CELOP, in writing, of your withdrawal before the beginning of your course. If you withdraw after your program's start date, you will receive only a partial refund. Refunds apply to tuition only; all fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please note: Absence from class does not constitute formal withdrawal or reduce a student's financial obligation to the University. |
