Applying to CELOP
To study at CELOP, you must:
- Be at least 17 years old
- Be a graduate of high school (secondary school)
- Be able to read and correctly pronounce simple words in English
- Have enough money to pay for your tuition and all other costs during your program at CELOP. Read the estimated expenses on the Dates & Fees page to see the amount of money you need for each program. CELOP does not offer financial assistance.
Application Instructions
Your application must include:
- Completed Online Application
- Application fee ($210)
- Photocopy of the personal data page(s) of your passport (including your name, photograph and date of birth)
- Financial Declaration
- Transfer students only: Transfer Report and additional immigration documents.
- Sponsored students only: Sponsor Declaration or letter from your sponsor. The letter must say that the sponsor will pay for your expenses while you are at CELOP.

If you use CELOP's online application, please mail the application fee ($210) and other documents to CELOP.
After CELOP receives all documents (application, $210* application fee, photocopy of your passport, financial declaration; Transfer Report and Sponsor Declaration if necessary), we will send you these items:
- Letter of Admission
- Information about your arrival and registration at CELOP
- A bill, or "Statement of Charges" (for payment of room, board, and tuition)
- I-20 Certificate of Eligibility (for your F-1 Student Visa application)
*$100 tuition deposit, $60 application fee, $50 express mail delivery fee.
Payment Information
You must pay your bill before you begin classes. You may pay your bill before you arrive at CELOP.
