Operations Manager

Job Duties

The Operations Manager manages the business operations and the facilities of the department, processes student and staff payroll, assists with faculty payroll, monitors supplies and equipment use/maintenance. The Operations Manager also handles the accounting records of students and meets with students to resolve payment and insurance problems and housing charge questions, coordinates with third party billing and represents CELOP at University meetings. The Operations Manager works closely with the Assistant Director, Administration & Finance.
