Teaching Experience

  • I have taught beginning and intermediate students in both intensive and adult education programs for 30 years. I have worked especially in integrated skills programs at the beginning and intermediate levels of proficiency.

Teaching/Research Interests

  • I am particularly interested in pronunciation, the acquisition of oral and aural skills. I'm also interested in error correction, teacher training and bringing new professionals into the profession.
