Apply
Your ACS account provides access to e-mail,
Web resources, statistical and scientific software packages, programming
languages, text processing software, and much more. ACS can be
used as your sole computing resource, but most people use it in
conjunction with personal or departmental computers. Everyone
in the B.U. community is eligible to apply for an ACS account.
Account Expiration
Once you open your account, it will remain
active for as long as you are registered at or employed by the
University. See this page for details on ACS account expiration.
Quotas
Find out about disk, mail and print
quotas on your ACS account, and check your own quotas with the
MyACS command.
Passwords
If you know your Kerberos password and would simply like to pick
a new one, this page will help you.
If you have forgotten your Kerberos password you can start
out by carefully following the instructions on this page, but
to complete the process, you will need to bring your BU ID card
to the Input/Output (I/O) Window in the basement of 111 Cummington
Street or, if you are on the Medical Campus, to the 12th floor
of the Medical Library.
