The program’s primary goal is to help young adults establish healthy eating habits for life. Since 2005, our chefs have worked with registered dietitians and nutrition students from the Sargent College BU Sargent Choice Nutrition Center, creating and testing recipes that follow the latest evidence-based nutritional guidelines.
Sargent Choice options are made with whole grains, more fruits and vegetables, low-fat dairy products, lean proteins, heart-healthy oils, and an extra measure of flavor. To learn more about the program, menu items, and nutritional basics, please visit the Sargent Choice website.
