An On-Line Job Posting and Recruiting System
Career Services participates in the NACELink national network for
employer job postings. This network was built in order to provide
colleges and universities across the country with one unified network
for employer postings. Students can search for jobs or internships
that are local to their school or to another part of the country.
All BU students can log onto BU CareerLink to search and apply for jobs and internships; and
they can access the system from anywhere in the world. We also provide numerous opportunities
throughout the academic year for students to interview with prospective employers right
here in our office - we call this "on-campus recruiting." A list of on-campus
recruiting opportunities is always posted on our website (www.bu.edu/careers) for
the current semester. Students can view the upcoming employers and jobs directly
from the website, then go to BU CareerLink to apply.
We hope that all students will become familiar with BU CareerLink, create
an on-line profile, upload a resume, and apply for jobs and internships.
We also strongly recommend that students have their resumes reviewed by
a career services professional before they submit it to employers; we
can often make suggestions that the student might not have considered.
