You must always use your BU ID (example U12345678) as your username. Use your birth date as your password. Use only numbers for your birth date (if your birth date is March 17, 1982, your password is 03171982). You can change your password any time by clicking the "Profile" link at the top of the page, then clicking the "Change Password" tab.
