Internships + Jobs

An internship is an opportunity for supervised practical experience in a career field of interest—part- or full-time, paid or unpaid. It’s a chance to explore and perhaps expand your skills and opportunities. A job, of course, is a steady paycheck, usually including benefits and, hopefully, room for growth. While each brings something different to your career development, many of the tools required in their pursuit, from strategizing to networking to interviewing, are the same.

Even if you’re not planning to pursue an internship or a job for a while, you should keep the possibility on your radar. Take some time to explore this section, so you can be ready to snap into action. You never know, an opportunity might just grab you by the shoulders.
