Executive Team Leader The objective of the Executive internship is to give you an overview of Target Stores’ operations and company programs while strengthening your leadership skills, enabling you to be an effective executive and strategic business partner for the Stores pyramid. As a Store Executive intern, you will receive support from all areas within the store as you develop your leadership skills in our three part program; Target Fundamentals, Basic Leadership and Hands-on Special Project. |
