PALACE Acquire Program - Program Management The PALACE Acquire program is designed to develop well-rounded individuals who can deal effectively with change and complexity within the Air Force environment as it relates to the Program Management (PM) career field. The PAQ program offers qualified graduates a 3 year (GS-7, GS-09, GS-11graduates to GS-12) developmental training program at one of several Air Force locations Across the US). The incumbent of this position serves as an acquisition program manager intern who is responsible for the performance of tasks to support portions of systems/subsystem. The work requires knowledge of business and industry practices, the properties and uses of the equipment/system managed, industrial production methods and processes; and the ability to establish and maintain business contract. |
