Besides being a television or radio personality, you can work “behind the scenes” in areas such as production, direction, writing, editing, and other aspects of television and radio operations. Courses in writing and broadcasting skills will help in these areas, as well as having a strong liberal arts background. As both television and radio adopt new technologies, it will be important to keep up-to-speed on these as well.
