
We provide employers with a professional setting in which to interview prospective candidates for job opportunities. We also aid in follow-up for our participating companies. Recruiting visits allow employers to pre-select candidates for interviews. Our recruiting season runs from October through April, with a winter break from mid-December to mid-January. There are no charges for these services.
- Our office uses the web-based NACElink system (known on our campus as BU CareerLink) to facilitate the application scheduling process.
- Students use BU CareerLink to browse employers by industry type, geographic location, job function, etc.
- Students can submit their resumes electronically to you for posted jobs. You can then select them as a candidate to interview.
- Employers use BU CareerLink to give students basic information about their company, post jobs opportunities, receive candidates' resume submissions, reply to selected candidates, and view upcoming interview schedules.
- Employers also have access to resume books that
contain resumes of those students who have chosen to post their
resumes for review by employers.
