Throughout your career, this service (also sometimes referred to as a “Dossier” service) provides a
central location for maintaining transcripts, professional certifications, and reference letters from
professors and previous employers. At your request, these documents can be mailed to potential employers
or used when applying to graduate schools.

As of January 2010, our office will begin transitioning credentials processing to
Interfolio (http://www.interfolio.com),
an on-line service that provides safe storage and electronic or paper sending of your credentials
documents. New clients should open accounts directly with Interfolio. (Please see the section
on “Opening a File.”) |
Paper files held by this office and not used or updated for Ten (10) or more years are considered
inactive and may be destroyed.
