The Career Intern Program enlists qualified BU undergrads to support the CCD in primarily staffing resume and cover letter review hours.
The mission of the Center for Career Development (CCD) is to support students through the decision-making process for majors and careers. The CCD partners with students on self-assessment, major and career exploration, and finding the best fit at BU and beyond. The CCD assists students in developing skills, career tools, and strategies to pursue graduate study, internships, and jobs.
Career interns’ primary function will be to staff resume and cover letter review hours. Career interns must have strong writing, grammar, and editing skills as well as the ability to communicate clearly to explain to CCD visitors the methods of improvement for resumes and cover letters.

• Dependable, enthusiastic
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong writing, editing, and grammar skills
• Desire to assist peers with career questions
• Ability to commit to one full academic year
