Career Fairs and Events
Career Fairs and Recruiting Events
All BU alumni are welcome to attend any of our career fairs, free of charge. Please be aware that many employers at fairs (although not all) primarily target entry-level candidates, and might be less able to provide information for candidates with extensive experience. Use Handshake to research participating employers and any posted positions to target those of the greatest interest and most likely to have information for more experienced candidates.
Alumni are also welcome to attend other recruiting events. Check our calendar or Handshake for upcoming events.
Workshops and Programs
Alumni are welcome at career workshops and other programs. View the list of topics offered regularly. Check our calendar or Handshake for upcoming events.
Alumni Networking and Resources
Alumni Regional Networks
As a graduate of BU, there are many ways to stay connected. The BU Alumni Networks organized by geography, industry, and shared interests can help you engage in the ways that are most meaningful to you. BU Alumni Networks organize engaging events worldwide throughout the year that connect the alumni community and foster career development.
Networking Platforms
Take advantage of BU Connects, BU’s alumni networking platform. It includes mentoring and career networking functionality as well as affinity groups and information sharing about available jobs.
LinkedIn is also a great resource to connect with BU alumni. Use the platform’s alumni feature to indentify alumni you might want to connect with or join the conversation in the BU Alumni LinkedIn Group.
Alumni Career Resources
Check out the BU Alumni & Friends for other resources, including career webinars, a podcast series, networking events, and more.
