15-minute resume reviews will occur from 1-5pm on a first come, first served basis. You must sign up for a slot in person and bring a hard copy of your resume to your review. MOCK INTERVIEWS
Mock interviews MUST be reserved in advance. Only one mock interview per student please. When you reserve a mock interview, you must send a copy of a job description and your resume to jesseo@bu.edu at least 48 hours before the mock interview. Learn about the four stages of interviews and how to prepare as well as different types of interviews and how to follow up with employers. Networking: Make the Most of Your Connections
Not sure how to network or why? Learn how to use networking to your advantage, including identifying goals, utilizing your networking plan, and creating and practicing your elevator pitch. Plus, get tips networking etiquette. Using LinkedIn to Your Advantage
Looking to maximize your presence on LinkedIn and take the next step beyond creating your profile? Learn how to use the social network to explore internships and jobs, network with others, and so much more. Learn the ins and outs of using LinkedIn for your future career path. Please bring your laptop. This workshop is for attendees who have already created their LinkedIn profile. From Offer to Office
You received your first job offer - congratulations! Now what? Learn what you can expect in terms of salary negotiation, benefits, and more as you transition from interview, offer, and your first few months on the job.
