April 7 Deadline for Fall Semester
This paid, semester-long internship for college and graduate students in the northeast United States:
–Broadens students' understanding of the Holocaust and modern social justice issues.
–Provides hands-on teaching experience.
–Plays a stipend plus reimbursement for travel expenses.
The internship program includes:
–An intensive 9-day training session at the Museum in New York City to learn how to teach about the Holocaust. Interns meet with Museum staff, hear testimony from Holocaust survivors, and learn methods for teaching from artifacts in the Museum's collection.
–Teaching middle and high school students in the classroom and at the Museum.
