Comprised of senior industry veterans from Mercer and KPMG, CAP’s consultants have served as independent advisor to Boards and senior management at many of the world’s largest and leading companies in the areas of compensation governance, strategy and program design.
The company is seeking an intern for Summer 2014. This position will have the opportunity to learn about CAP and executive compensation consulting.
Sample activities include: In-depth research on an independent executive compensation project; Client project experience including analysis of compensation, financial, and performance research and data collection utilizing publicly disclosed documents, published surveys, confidential databases, online financial databases, and other sources
