Part of Exploring Majors, Internships & Careers

Contrary to popular opinion, most CAS graduates do not go directly on to graduate school. Most being careers and many find rewarding and well paying positions that compliment their liberal arts education. This program will demonstrate how students with majors in the humanities, social sciences, natural sciences, and math/computer science can launch careers immediately after graduating from BU. Alumni will share their stories and answer your questions.

Alumni Panelists:
Lydia Souroufis (CAS/political science’13), Legislative Aide for MA State Rep. Edward Coppinger
Dion Irish (CAS/political science’93/MA Urban Affairs’07), Executive Director for the City of Boston Office of Civil Rights
Laurie Travers (CAS/psychology)’99), Associate Manager, Human Resources, Momenta Pharmaceuticals
Brian Dolan (CAS/philosophy ‘05), Co-Founder & Editor of MobiHealthNews (health news publication)
