This comprehensive program combines job assignments, classroom learning, formal mentoring and on-the-job experience. It is designed to expose you to all aspects of our business by providing you with broad and valuable experience in a one-year timeframe. The Emerging Talent Program consists of two six-month job rotations and a final placement in an area best suited for your skills and based on business unit talent needs. Job rotations may include Business Planning & Analytics, Business Strategy & Analytics, Social Media, Online Engagement, Data Management, and the Lean Center of Excellence.
