Looking for H1B Visa Information?
Check out Going Global for a database of U.S. companies.
The CCD’s newest resource, Going Global, has information for all BU students, including a list of H1B visa employers. This database contains more than 40,000 Department of Labor H1B visa application records. Listings can be simultaneously searched by job title, occupation, employer, location and/or wage.

In addition, Going Global has career guides for countries around the world, plus major cities in the United States and Canada, with advice on such topics as the current employment outlook, hiring trends, job search resources, work permit regulations, resume/CV writing guidelines, interview and cultural advice. You can also check out corporate profiles and see internship and job opportunities.

The Massachusetts Internship Collaborative launches the STAY HERE Internship website with over 100 state-wide internships, and commits to providing ongoing resources for college students and recent graduates.

Beware of Employment Scams!!!

If you receive a suspicious email from an employer (even if they say they received your information from your university/college career services), DO NOT respond to the email! Please forward the email to bucareer@bu.edu and to Detective Billie Kanavich with the BU Police Dept. at bkanavic@bu.edu. The BU Police Dept. has advised us that they are working diligently with BU Information Security on these cases.
