Need help with your interviewing skills? We are pleased to announce the launch of our brand new tool, InterviewStream! You can access the system 24/7 specifically for interview preparation. Use InterviewStream to record yourself answering standard interview questions, as well as questions related to specific industries. All you need is a web cam and the Internet!
Check out InterviewStream by logging in to BU CareerLink. When you’re logged in, look for the InterviewStream tab on the bottom left-hand corner. Then, start practicing!
Also, if you’re on the hunt for a great summer internship, apply for the Governor’s Internship Program with Massachusetts Governor, Deval Patrick. Interns in this program will have the opportunity to work in a number of the Governor’s offices including Community Affairs, Press, and Legislative Affairs. The deadline to apply is Friday, Mar. 16. Even though you’re on spring break, now is a great time to get a jumpstart on your internship or job hunt! Start by creating or updating your resume. When you’re back next week, stop by our resume and cover letter review hours to have yours reviewed by one of our staff members (check out our hours). Just remember to stop by early if you can—space is limited, and we take students on a first come, first served basis. And don’t forget to bring a hard copy of your resume!
