Postdoctoral Research and Clinical Fellowship Positions at the Center for Anxiety and Related Disorders (CARD) at Boston University
We are seeking a number of postdoctoral fellows with expertise in cognitive-behavior therapy to join a team providing novel and empirically-based treatments for adults with anxiety, mood, and substance use disorders as well as a fellow with expertise in child cognitive-behavior therapy. These clinical research postdoctoral positions are dependent on final funding decisions for NIMH and NIDA treatment and assessment grants (PIs: Drs. Michael Otto, Tim Brown and Donna Pincus). Supervisors are senior CARD staff. For some positions, duties also include treatment of non-protocol patients in the clinic. When hired at the postdoctoral fellow level, opportunities for non-tenure track Assistant Professor appointments to the research faculty may be available following completion of one to two postdoctoral fellowship years. The start date for the position is negotiable, and the salary is $37,000 annually pending final funding decisions. Boston University is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer. Applications can be initiated by sending a CV, three letters of reference, and a statement of interest to Bonnie Brown by e-mail (bonnieb@bu.edu; subject heading “Postdoctoral Research Applicant”) or regular mail: CARD, 648 Beacon St, 6th floor, Boston MA, 02215.
