We are located one block (heading towards Boston) from the Barnes & Noble BU Bookstore and “CITGO” sign. The “T” sign for the Kenmore Square stop on Beacon Street is directly in front of our building. Bruegger’s Bagels and Boca Grande are located on the first floor of our building. If you are standing in front of Bruegger’s Bagels, the main entrance to 648 Beacon Street is immediately to the left. Simply enter the building and take either of two elevators located in the back of the building to the 6th floor. You’ve made it!
Parking
Metered parking is available in Kenmore Square and the surrounding streets (Deerfield Street, located one-half block to the left of our building, and on Bay State Road, the road behind our building). Most meters are available at a two-hour limit, with a rate of 15 minutes per quarter. The exception is on Cummington Street (located two blocks from our location, off of Commonwealth Avenue, heading away from Kenmore Square), where you can find meters with a four-hour limit rate of 30 minutes per quarter. In addition, there are paid parking lots available on the Boston University campus (665 and 575 Commonwealth Avenue), which charge at an hourly rate. Be advised that parking rates in Kenmore Square area lots will increase when there is a Red Sox game (averaging $25 per entrance). From The West
Take the Massachusetts Turnpike east (I-90) to the Cambridge/Brighton exit. Bear right at the end of exit. At the next light, take a right onto Storrow Drive (Doubletree Hotel on right). Take Storrow Drive east, getting off at the Kenmore Square exit. At the end of the exit ramp, take a right onto Beacon Street. Stay to the left of the Boston University Miles Standish Hall. You will come to a light at Raleigh Street. Just after the light, you’ll see our building on the right hand side at the Kenmore T stop.
From the North
Take 95/128 South to Route 2 east. Follow Route 2 through Lexington and Cambridge to Storrow Drive Boston. Take Storrow Drive east (Route 2 east) to the Kenmore Square exit. See highlighted instructions (from the west) above.
From the South
Follow Route 95/3 North into Boston. Take the Storrow Drive exit. Follow about 1.5 miles to the Kenmore exit. See highlighted instructions (from the west) above.
From Logan Airport (via MBTA)
Take the Blue Line subway “T” (inbound) from the airport to Government Center, where you will get off the Blue Line and switch to the (inbound) Green Line. Take the Green Line “B” Train (“Boston College” train) to Kenmore Square. (Note: You can take the B, C, or D trains to Kenmore Square but NOT THE “E”). As you exit through the turnstiles, walk to the right . Follow the tunnel to the stairs. As you walk up the stairs, you will be directly in front of our building. If you are standing in front of Bruegger’s Bagels, the main entrance to 648 Beacon Street is immediately to the left. Simply enter the building and take either of the two elevators located in the back of the building to the 6th floor. You’ve made it!
From South Station (via Amtrak)
Take the Red Line subway “T” inbound to Park Street. At Park Street, you must change to the Green Line subway “T” outbound. Take the “B” Train on the Green Line (“Boston College” train). (Note: You can take the B, C, or D trains to Kenmore, NOT THE “E”). This will take you to Kenmore Square. As you exit through the turnstiles, walk to the right . Follow the tunnel to the stairs.
