BUMC Provost's Research Workshop: Cancer Biomarkers

Workshop goal: To bring together BU investigators who are engaged in cancer biomarkers research.Please participate in this multidisciplinary workshop to significantly enhance our future success in this important area of investigation at Boston University.Faculty will be grouped according to interest and will work toward identifying current strengths and weaknesses in their area of interest, critical needs assessments to significantly enhance our cancer biomarker research portfolio, future collaborative opportunities and funding sources, and current funding programs that might be leveraged to support collaboration. In particular, the use of nanotechnologies in cancer biomarker detection will be evaluated in discussions around a pending RFA in this area. Schedule:3 p.m. Welcome and Introduction: Rhoda M.
