Mind, Body, and Spirit Yoga

Join us each week for a rigorous Vinyasa flow class. The focus is on strengthening the body and connecting with the breath — as well as connecting with the BU community. Bring a yoga mat and water bottle; extra mats and blocks are prov ided. (Contact: Chasity Jones, cjones92@bu.edu )
