Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga

Boost the benefits of your yoga practice using your core muscles to balance on the Stand Up Paddleboard! Prepare for a mindful urban adventure where breath-work and centering are essential. No experience necessary. We will teach a brief yoga sequence on land, provide instruction on how to stand up paddle, and we will help you put the two together. SUP, paddle and personal flotation device (PFD) are provided. All you need to bring is a willingness to try something new!
